Steering gear


 

This room houses  the steering gear. It a electrical driven hydraulic servo system
Part of the ram of the Portside rudder. On the bulkhead is a bilge ejector fitted.

 

In red the electric motor drives the oil pump ( on the left)

 

We also managed to add an extra generator set in this room
for power at our current location.
