She served for 2 decades in the 38th ASW squadron (38. division
patrolnih brodova) based in Split, but very often dislocated to
Pula.
Together with ASW duties, she served as guard patrol boat around
islands of Brujuni near Pula where was located summer residency of
President Tito.
Last several years in service she was used as a training vessel for
the Naval Academy and Naval High School at Split.
She sunk as
target in 1988 after she was hit with a P-15
Termite missile (NATO Styx or SS-N-2). The
missile has been launched from an Osa-I type (Project 205) missile
boat of Yugoslav Navy in vicinity of the island of Dugi otok
